I recognize the level of courage and vulnerability required to start making real changes in your life. I believe all human beings deserve inner peace, wellness and the ability to live a full and happy life. I also believe this is achievable for everyone and therapy can be a powerful tool to get there! By nature, I’m a systems thinker and like to work in a holistic way with my clients. No two people are alike, and we all have our unique soul signature. I primarily work with adults 18 and older. I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years in various roles. I have experience with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and complex trauma, relationship and attachment issues, addictions, and grief and loss. I have witnessed personal growth in clients using talk therapy, while incorporating mindfulness and other techniques. I am trained in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing)and utilize body-based techniques for trauma. I am also a reiki master and have seen the beneficial effects of energy work.
